RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Your vision combined with our expertise

We understand that your dream garden is an extension of your personality and lifestyle, therefore the first and most crucial step in the design process is to get to know you. Turning your vision into reality requires careful consideration and planning. Our aim is to use our extensive experience, creative capabilities and industry contacts to make the design and construction process as simple as possible.

Not only are we passionate about exquisite design but we thrive on challenges; so whatever your budget or design constraints, we will work closely with you every step of the way to achieve an exceptional outcome that represents you and your family. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service to all of our clients and would be privileged to be a part of your unique design journey.

Site Consultation
A Senior Landscape Architect will meet you at your home to discuss your key objectives and deliverables. They will take the time to get to know the space, your family’s functional needs, as well as your preferred style and design aesthetic. Following the consultation, you will receive a brief that captures how we can best assist you to achieve your dream garden.
3D Conceptual Design Package

Your key objectives and deliverables will be designed into a 3D model to accurately visualise the details of your pool or outdoor spaces. This is one of the most effective ways to get a feel for a space and better inform aesthetic decisions. This package reduces the risk of compromise during construction as the contractor is provided with the highest level of detail.

2D Design Package
Sometimes you may just want a few quick ideas from a professional to get you started. A plan with material suggestions and image references can be enough to inspire and provide the early vision for a successful garden. This package relies more heavily on the contractor resolving the space during construction, which may be a more economically suitable solution for a simple design.
Design Documentation

Once you are comfortable with the design, accurate plans can be drawn for council approval or for quotation. In order for ALA and specialist pool and lighting consultants to provide an accurate quotation they need to know exactly what is required. Design documentation will specify plant species, size and number, hardscape material finishes and any other significant details required.

Construction
Once the documentation is complete, a quotation can be provided or arranged by ALA. Your Landscape Architect will oversee the construction and assist you throughout the build to ensure the design comes to life as it was first drawn on paper. Your Landscape Architect will happily recommend which of the above is best suited to you during your site consultation to ensure your garden is exactly what you want, suits your lifestyle and is delivered on time within your budget.
